This competition aims to introduce authentic Indonesian coffee with base of Indonesian spices.

Terms & Conditions

• The competition will be held at Central Park Mall 2nd Floor (In front of Sogo Department Store).
• Registration is open for public & you don’t need to have a barista experience.
• There is no age restrictions & should be done individually.
• The competition will be divided into 2 rounds; Preliminary Round and Final Round.
• From each group in the Preliminary Round, the best 2 will be chosen to enter the Final Round.
• Registration fee of IDR 150,000, - for 2 people (but individual competition remains).

Preliminary Round

• In this round, participants were given 15 minutes to choose ingredients and make coffee.
• Basic equipment & materials are provided by Unakaffe System.
• Participants are allowed to bring other equipment and materials.
• From each group in the preliminary round, the best 2 will be chosen to enter Final round.
• Assessment criteria:
  • The taste of coffee.
  • Display of Coffee Serving.
  • Coffee composition.
  • Suitability of name with taste.
  • Punctuality.

Final Round

• In this round, each participant will make coffee with specific ingredients.
• Equipment & materials needed will be provided by Unakaffe System.
• Participants will draw 3 ingredients on the Final Day & make coffee beverage according to the determined ingredients.
• The duration for making coffee in the Final Round is 20 minutes.
• There would be three winners chosen for this competition.
• Assessment criteria:
  • The taste of coffee.
  • Display of Coffee Serving.
  • The accuracy of the material used.
  • Punctuality.
